Northwood Riding Club is a small friendly club, and is fully affiliated to the British Horse Society via British Riding Clubs. We meet each Tuesday evening to ride at Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre, Dorney Wood Road, Burnham, Bucks. Tel No 01628 666222. Our class lessons are from 7.30 - 8.30pm and 8.30pm - 9.30pm. We have our own experienced instructor who teaches each week. Some lessons are graded but they are usually of a mixed standard. You do not need your own horse to ride with the club although owner riders are welcome. Horses can be hired from Snowball Farm at a cost of £23.90p per lesson. This money is paid direct to Snowball Farm. The annual subscription for Northwood Riding Club is currently £25 pounds plus a £1.00 enrolment fee. The club allows prospective new members to ride once with the club (to see if you like us) before asking you to join. You must be competent in walk, trot and canter to join - jumping is not a requirement. We hold monthly club competitions but there is no obligation to compete. If you are interested in joining, you should ring Snowball Farm direct to book in for a Tuesday evening assessment lesson.
